General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bbajje platform and the user. By using bbajje's website, app, or any other service, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

bbajje operates an online betting and casino platform for Bangladeshi players. These Terms have been written in English and are presented in clear, straightforward language for the convenience of Bangladeshi users.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all bbajje services, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.), slot games, live casino, fishing games, and all other gaming products.

In addition to these Terms, separate rules may apply to specific promotions or products. In such cases, those separate rules will function as a supplement to these Terms.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

The English version of these Terms is final, and in the event of any dispute, the English version shall take precedence. If there is any ambiguity regarding the meaning of any clause, bbajje's interpretation shall be considered final.

Account Registration

To open an account on bbajje, a user must register with a valid mobile number or email address. Each person may hold only one account.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each user may open only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility.
• Transferring, selling, or renting the account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification

bbajje reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. For this purpose, a national ID card, passport, or other relevant documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete.

If multiple accounts are operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method, they will be treated as duplicate accounts and all such accounts will be closed.

Age Verification

To participate on the bbajje platform, a user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. At the time of registration, the user declares that they meet this age requirement.

bbajje may request a national ID card or birth certificate as proof of age at any time. bbajje reserves the right to suspend an account if age cannot be verified.

If an underage person creates an account by any means, this constitutes a violation of the law and the account will be permanently closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bbajje provides deposit and withdrawal facilities for Bangladeshi users via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 per method.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.
• Depositing via third-party accounts or payment methods is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

bbajje offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Complying with the following conditions is mandatory in order to receive and use these bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Each user may claim each promotion only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• bbajje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The deadline for claiming a bonus will be clearly stated in the terms of each offer.

5.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits

bbajje's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level. Players can advance to higher levels based on their activity and loyalty.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting and gaming activities on bbajje.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets will only be considered valid once accepted and confirmed by the bbajje system. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bbajje reserves the right to void that bet. Bets placed after an event has started (excluding live betting) will be voided.

6.2 Match Results and Disputes

The results of all sports bets are verified from internationally recognised sources. In the event of any dispute regarding a result, bbajje's decision shall be final. If a match is abandoned or postponed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Multiple Bets and System Bets

For bets combining multiple selections, a payout will only be awarded if all selections are correct. Placing simultaneous bets on multiple correlated markets within the same event may be prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbajje. Violation of this provision will result in permanent account closure and action will be taken in accordance with applicable law.

• One person operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to gain dishonest profit by exploiting the bonus system.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources or money laundering.
• Using computer programs, bots, or automated software to gain a gaming advantage.
• Unauthorised access to or hacking of the platform's systems.
• Stealing or misusing another user's account information.
• Contacting the support team using abusive, harassing, or hateful language.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors and failing to report them.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by bbajje

bbajje may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• No activity on the account for an extended period (inactive for more than 1 year).
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may submit a request via 24/7 live chat. Before the account is closed, any pending bets will be settled and any valid balance will be withdrawn.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. The balance of an inactive account will be retained and can be reactivated when the user gets in touch.
